Apple Crapple

Grandma made an apple crisp last night (it was wonderful, btw!!), and Riley helped out.  For keeping Grandma company in the kitchen, she was rewarded with a few apple slices…which she loved.

Waiting patiently…

The apple slices all piled up…I forgot to take a picture of the finished product…I ate it instead!

Yum, yum, yum!

I’m getting ready to take down Riley’s Christmas cards…our visitors have all thought it’s very funny that Riley got Christmas cards.  I don’t see what the big deal is…  😉

  3. Really? I thought it was completely normal for our dogs to get Christmas cards – isn't it? ;)I wonder what the postal service thought of all our cards addressed to obviously not necessarily human names! You were right to eat the dessert instead of taking pictures. I would have done the same!

  5. Yummy! The pack really like apple too but we're not having many due to the high prices this winter – there was a freeze in the spring which destroyed a lot of the crop so imported oranges are cheaper than local apples. It's always great to have kitchen help!
