Little Stinker…

Remember a year and a half ago when Chloe had surgery and was “Lucifur” on crate rest?  Chloe HATES the crate…she won’t go in it willingly (or unwillingly) and when we do get her in it, she barks, whines, scratches on the door, and bites the bars until we let her out.  She won’t give us a moment of peace!

I had Riley out in the dining room for her “rec time” (what is this, jail?!?), and I heard Grandma and Grandpa in the other room laughing.  Turns out, Chloe had gone and gotten all the way in Riley’s crate and gotten out her antler to chew on.  Grandma wasn’t quite fast enough, so didn’t get Chloe on camera when she was all the way in the crate, but she did get her part way in the crate.  I said they should’ve shut her in there and seen what she did then!!

Luckily, I had another antler on hand, so we sent Chloe upstairs with that one and I gave Riley a new one.  Stinkin’ Chloe!!  🙂

In other news, we have 5 days until I let Riley sleep in the bed with me upstairs; 6 days until the 8 week mark after surgery; and 8 days until her follow-up appointment!  We’re down into single digits (finally)!!

This is what our month of December looks like now!!  Only about a week left to go!
