Riley’s leg looks remarkably well. She must be feeling a lot better today because she’s been a bit more whiny in her crate today than she has the last few days. Also, when Grandma took her out earlier today, she reared up on her hind legs…oh my gosh…she’s going to give me a heart attack before she’s allowed to go back to normal activity!!
She’s slept through the last 2 nights (thank Heavens!!). I could use the sleep!

Her incision looks so good! At the lower right corner of this pic you can see a purple bruise on the inside of her thigh.
I went by the vet today and picked up some more Tramadol for Riley (her pain pills). She takes 1.5 pills 3 times a day and would run out tomorrow I think. Anyway, she’s acting like she doesn’t even need them, but probably only because she’s been kept on a regular schedule with them and feels good because of that.

Her incision is looking great! Bella's on 4 days post-op and hers doesn't look anywhere near that good. Soon, I hope…(And I feel you on the need for more pain pills… I think I'll be getting a refill for Bella too.)
