Hey thank you for the comments and happy late birthday! Actually I came across the food analysis a couple weeks ago and I use it as a guide and love it. I also like using the Allaboutdanes website for usefull tips on dane specific things (like foods that stay under the protein limit!) So I have found great use in those two sites but learnig more as the days go on with blogging!! Thank you so much for helping out!
