Riley did well again on her therapy visit today. I was a little worried when we went in because there was a fat little Yorkie walking around off-leash. I was afraid that Riley would only be interested in the Yorkie and not be interested in the people. She was a champ! The lady with her Yorkie never really let it get close to Riley and Riley just ignored the dog. Once again, this is what we train for!
One lady told Riley “Nana misses you! Do you miss Nana? Nana loves you.” I guess she thought that Riley was her dog or grand-dog. We went in one of Riley’s favorite’s rooms and woke her up from a nap to see Riley. Well, she woke up when we came in the door but she was happy to see us and was glad we woke her up.
I would give old Rilesky an A+ on her visit today!

Oh you are such a good pup Riley..We just read about you being an alarm clock. Mom sure wishes we would get that hint. We manage to wake her up at 6 AM on the weekends, if she tries to go back to bed we mug her on the bed. Dad tries to take us all down stairs to let mom sleep but hey we would rather stay by Mom.
